From the everyday crossfitter to the weekend warrior, distance runners to weight lifters, and traditional athletics, many complaints are due to repetitive overuse to an area, and other times it can be from trauma. Common overuse injuries include; plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinitis, shin splints, psoas tendinitis, IT band syndrome, shoulder impingement, biceps tendonitis, and low back overuse.  Some traumas or injuries that we treat are ankle sprains, neck/low back pain “stingers”, throwing injuries, and wrist injuries.  With our in-house rehabilitation room, we are able to treat and manage these complaints conservatively and help guide you back to performing at your best.
